 ENJOY WHAT YOU ARE EATING🤩 What's on most people's mind is to improve health reduce weight through eating healthy ... but it is never about food alone or exercise alone It is about healthy food + exercise+the thought that goes with food + the feeling you feel while you eat that food So here is the whole story ... It's not just the salad ...It is about your belief that it is healthy and nourishing !!!. Never force feed yourself to eat something that you do not like .It cannot nourish or benefit you in any way. (yes..even if it is the best food on earth ). If you simply do not like it and you are still eating it because of some reason ..the thought-emotion association is still negative...and the OUTPUT benefit is zero.
